Tell us about your role here at Genesis:

I’ve been heading the team for almost 20 years - I set up Genesis Laboratory Ltd  (a traditional photographic lab) with Howard back in January 1997. I feel very privileged to work with a diverse mix of people (clients, suppliers, staff) – this job is all about people, they are what is most important and it’s why I work so hard.

Tell us something we may not know about you:

When I’m not working (which is rare), I’m a couch potato. The people that know me might find this very hard to believe, but when I have the chance to, I love doing absolutely nothing.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?

Socialising with clients, the team and my family.

What is your most prized possession?

My business – I’ve grown up with Genesis and having such a multi-disciplined business with such a skilled team is something that I always dreamt of, it’s certainly a proud achievement.

And finally, what inspires you?

Not letting people down – I hate disappointing people and this drives a lot of the choices that I make.
