Beyond Fashion showcases the work of over 50 artists working in the realm of fashion photography, celebrating the medium as an art form in its own right that reaches far beyond fashion.

Produced by FEP, curated by Nathalie Herscdorfer and designed by MMBP, the exhibition has toured 5 galleries across 3 countries since 2019:

EXHIBITION STRUCTURE

The show is divided into four different sections: Fantasy, Allure, Surrealism and Realism. Another section dedicated to the moving image recognizes that film has become an important element of today’s fashion imagery. The one-hour programme is dedicated to SHOWstudio, a website founded in 2000 by photographer and filmmaker Nick Knight. Also included in the exhibition are materials produced by emerging artists affiliated with the London College of Fashion.
