Genesis are once again delighted to be the Print and Finishing Partner of the highly regarded Photo London fair, due to take place at Somerset House in London on 17th May, and will be supporting the unique event with our extensive exhibition production services.
Now in its fourth edition, Photo London 2018 will showcase over 100 Exhibitors including many of the world’s leading specialist galleries and publishers. The Public Programme features major exhibitions, talks, awards and installations that reflect on the rich history of the medium and its future directions.
Accompanying the visual displays in the Public Programme is the Talks Programme, featuring a wide array of topics and speakers, alongside a series of tours, book signings and other special events. The 2018 Public Programme includes: Photo London Master of Photography Edward Burtynsky; Sun Pictures Then and Now: Talbot and His Legacy Today; White Cube presents Darren Almond; Exit from Paradise: Contemporary Korean and Japanese Photography; Es Devlin MASK; Unwavering Vision #3.
In addition to the Fair itself, Genesis have collaborated with Art on a Postcard, who raises money for The Hepatitis C Trust through an annual secret postcard auction. They are offering Photo London fairgoers the unique opportunity to own a signed one-off edition by a world renowned photographer BUT the images will be anonymous until the end of the fair.
Photo London is a place to encounter the most innovative emerging artists, new work by established masters and rare vintage pieces, and as such is guided by a curatorial committee comprised of some the field’s most esteemed curators, critics and museum directors.
