Thirty-one photographers from 18 countries on six continents have been announced as winners and finalists of the LensCulture Exposure Awards 2014!
An influential jury of nine photographic experts served on the jury, reviewing submissions (photo series and single images) that were entered by photographers working in 118 countries. The competition was open to all photographers, at all levels, everywhere in the world ”” with a call for entries available in 15 languages. Not only are the results truly international in scope, but the award-winning work includes a diverse range of subject matter and photographic techniques and represents a snapshot of some of the best contemporary photography on the planet.
In addition to the cash awards presented to the top six winners, the work of all 31 winners and finalists will be featured in a book published by LensCulture and Edition One Books, featured in photo festival screenings around the world during the coming year, and exhibited at the inaugural Photo London, being held from May 21””24, 2015, with museum-quality printing and finishing services provided by Genesis Imaging, UK.
