MDF Mounting Overview
MDF Mounting is a process of mounting a photographic print on MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard).

This process enhances the print’s stability, rigidity, and overall durability, providing a solid backing that helps prevent warping or damage over time.
Mounting photographic prints on MDF presents a cost-effective and enduring solution for mounting, offering a sturdy – yet relatively lightweight – foundation, perfect for extended display. MDF is relatively lightweight yet provides a 3d quality for photographs or artwork.
We offer MDF mounts in 12mm or 18mm thicknesses, with the option of natural, painted black or white edges, and in sizes up to 96 x 48 inches (2438 x 1219 mm).
Our MDF mounts are supplied with split-battens or keyholes, providing a stable and secure hanging system for your work.

We aim to turnaround orders for our finishing services within 8 – 10 days. Large orders are often subject to slightly longer turnaround times, please speak to us to confirm turnaround times prior to placing your order.
We certainly do! Our specially trained team can take care of the installation of your artwork and vinyl in galleries, commercial and residential properties.
In addition to our installation services for the art and photography industries, we also are able to provide installation of vinyl and graphics using our in-house installation team who have years of experience on projects, both large and small.
