Travel Photographer of the Year 2017 - Overall Winner: Belgian born photojournalist, Alain Schroeder entered two portfolios in the 'Tales of Adventure' and 'Celebration of Humanity' categories. His entries exhibited tenderness in stories with an edge. In many countries death carries certain taboos but in others it is celebration of both ancestry and culture.
